Was convenient to my work, but that's where it ended!

Property is poorly maintained. No coffee in the room. At Check in a asked if i would have a issue leaving early in the morning, i was told no just wave your hand over the sensor at the door which was shown to me. When i did try exit early AM that was locked, no way out!! no staff around so it was impossible to exit the property.... caused me massive issues at me work!

The location and setting of the property was excellent . The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The grounds and views are beautiful.

It is unheard of in today’s times to have such terrible internet. The television buffered all day and night and the WiFi was non existent unless you were close to the restaurant / reception area. The rooms were not sound proof . The upgraded rooms (where we were moved to) were clean but the outside rooms were not!

The general ambiance was excellent. Wonderful views. The owner took time to talk to the guests and make sure everyone was happy. He actually moved us to a room with a better view. The restaurant had a good choice. There was also a pizza place at the other side of the property which was very busy We will certainly visit again

The property is undergoing major improvements, which we were informed about. So there might be a bit of noise….i am mentioning this in case you want total quiet during the day. The work going on did not affect our stay
