The location is amazing. Spectacular views to complement it.

Underwhelming overall experience. The room was very basic. The aircon was unserviced and mosquitoes plagued us. No in room phones and with no back up for late night needs, i.e mosquitoes. There was no reception at arrival nor departure, considering it was a midweek stay. The support staff helped a lot, though. It appeared to me that the management team took off for the week. The place is undergoing some maintenance, no notices placed to inform guests about any inconveniences. The price was a bit too steep for what was available at the location.

The location is spectacular. The service was great and so was breakfast. Would recommend to travelers looking to go on a staycation and relax

Location - out of town but close enough to other attractions. Pool and on site restaurants were great

Lack of a seperate wine tasting experience to having it in the restaurant area.

De locatie is echt prachtig. Je kijkt uit over prachtige wijnvelden en de zonsondergang is mooi. Daarnaast zit er een hele fijne pizza tent op het terrein wat echt een aanrader is voor kinderen. Hotel verder erg mooi. Ik zou hier, met kinderen, zeker weer terug komen

Hotel voelt soms wat rommelig aan. Heeft de potentie voor mooi luxe resort, maar uiteindelijk willen ze dit niet helemaal zijn. Geen handdoeken bij zwembad, receptie vaak onbemand, zwembad bar dicht. Maar de pluspunten maakten het verblijf voor ons ruim goed!

Very friendly staff and the scenery is breathtaking from the rooms overlooking the pool and terrace of the main restaurant.

Nice large pool, but no umbrellas during the first two days. Only after two requests to provide them was action taken. No waiter service on the terrace during breakfast, so we had to collect cutlery and crockery ourselves if we wanted to sit outside. 'Boma' bar at the pool closed during our stay, so no service at the pool. One had to go to the restaurant to get assistance, which was initially declined but in the end was offered.

Very limited facilities with the hotel mid renovations.Also the breakfast while well presented and omelette well cooked was not up to par for a 3 star let alone a 4 star or 5 star hotel that is advertised as. Coffee not good quality No fresh milk only long life milk Sweetened orange juice rather than fresh juice Limited bread offering (standard sliced brown and white bread) I had expected a better breakfast offering for the standard of accommodation offered
