Well situated with great mountain and vineyard views. Both restaurants (pizza and grill room) were great.

The pool area needs more shaded areas and the pool lounges should have cushions.

Reine Abzocke. Es wurden Zimmer vermietet obwohl auf dem ganzen Gelände Baustelle war und es KEIN Wasser zum Duschen oder für die Toillette gab. Es gab keinerlei Entschuldigung der Unterkunft. Eine Rückerstattung der Übernachtungskosten wurde abgelehnt.

The restaurant quality was good and we did enjoy the food - that’s the only reason they get a 2 Rating. The staff at the restaurant (especially Mercy) was really friendly & helpful.

1. There were two separate instances whereby staff members walked into our room (once on the first day and then again on the second) without knocking or letting us know they wanted to come in, whilst we were in bed or changing. They used their access cards to gain access to the room twice without permission to do so. 2. No water on the first day, it took hours to repair. Staff did not offer any water without us having to ask or being able to provide any timeframe. We had a wedding on the day and had to use bottled water as a “shower” 3. No power for the whole morning on our second day, staff had no idea how long it would take and never provided any updates. 4. No towels or toilet paper provided even though the room was refreshed. 5. A formal complaint email was sent to their “provided email address” and no one has bothered to respond - it has been 3 days. This was honestly very disappointing service for a so-called “4 Star Hotel” and we truly want our money back for this stay….

2 Tage vor Ankunft Information, dass Bauarbeiten während des Aufenthalts stattfinden. 10 Monate im voraus gebuchtes Zimmer war nicht verfügbar. Upgrade hatte in der ersten Nacht keinen Strom und die 2 weiteren Tage kein warmes Wasser zum Duschen.
