The location of smart diva is okay

1.Smart Diva is not honest in the pictures in the web site they took pictures of the better looking places e.g the bed and the outside front part of the building. The place looks like a brothel/ a very dirty hostel..the floors are dirty and the walls are not painted properly with holes. the doors are dirty and broken ...they don't even have globe covers for the light.under my bed was not swept in found all kinds of things there even other peoples hair. Curtains are not properly hanged and dirty....they say the plug's for the old dirty fridge is broken so it's not working...wires are hanging from the TV and walls ... toilet is filthy toilet sit has stains,hand wash dispenser is rusted and dirty with no soap inside.sink taps are loose and leaking, shower tap broken no bathing soap or shampoo...mind you the water is cold 🥶 ,they give you half of a toilet paper roll and don't have extra ones in the toilet...mind you, there are no workers present at the site at night 2.Workers Heee the noise..no customer service whatsoever.... they make so much noise it's unbearable... they shout at each other and laugh so loudly...and there is a baby that cries all the time...very strange workers that sometimes you don't even know dirty people are workers or visitors,and they are not even in uniform...workers start making noise as soon as past 7 laughing shouting....I never got my rest there the place is horrible....there is never any one at the reception at some point someone was shouting help help I woke up from sleep by that shouting.on check out I tried to get help until I threw the keys from the locked dirty reception door to the table The door in the linen room is always open yet it's so dirty inside it's right in front of the dirty stairway with bones and toilet paper . 3.Security 😂 Not even one security inside.all the gates are not locked, the main door is not locked,and mind you the place is in Quigney🙆.
