The floor tile is the only thing nice about the place

I was not accommodated at the main place advertised in the website. The place I slept at was very dodgy with a very dirty backyard; the bathroom sink was dirty; the toilet didn’t have a seat; the shower had a missing door and a curtain was used as a cover. This place is not worth the stars given to it.

The location is exceptionally beautiful

Rooms were not serviced, even though we booked for more than one night. The bathroom light was not working. When asked to change the bulb, the response was that there's no one tall enough to do it. It can get quite loud with neighbours.

Had a very clean and comfortable room.

The staff was not friendly at all.

The staff was friendly but very noisey. We could hardly hear ourselves speak. There seems to be no backup/generator when theres loadshedding. We sat in the dark. The was no WIFI.

The room was nice and clean

It didn’t have microwave in the room and no key for the visitors for the gate. We had to call every time we went out.
