We liked the parking and the room with coffee making facilities. It is always clean and the staff very friendly. If we can book the leopard room, we are very happy

Stuff that break are not repaired. We have slept in all rooms, the mattress in the Elephant room's springs have collapsed, the shower in the Rhino room is blocked. We have reported it, but it has not been replaced or fixed. The website does not name the rooms se same way they are named on site, we don't know what the leopard room is called on the website, so booking it is a hit and miss

I booked a 3-day stay at the Montana Boutique Hotel expecting at least the bare minimum of hospitality. What I experienced was nothing short of disappointing. First, there was absolutely no attention to the basics. The room’s lavatory amenities were never replenished, the fridge was empty, and the coffee station stayed untouched for my entire stay. Despite their claims of offering housekeeping, not once did a staff member come to clean my room, change my linen, or even check if I needed anything. In its place, I was sent a ridiculous message claiming there was “no spare key” to access my room. The term 'can't be bothered'– is an example of shockingly poor management and conscious effort to represent an establishment in such an appalling manner, you cannot even check on your guests or make up for the inconveniences and short comings but are more than happy to take the 'main key' upon check out.If you can not even access a guest’s room to perform housekeeping, you should not be charging premium “boutique hotel” rates at all. Adding insult to injury, the facilities were just as neglected. The pool was unusable – whether due to poor upkeep or complete staff indifference. It was clear the staff either cannot keep up with the basic upkeep of the property or simply do not care. For the price they’re charging, this hotel was the joke of my stay. It’s absurd to market yourself as a “boutique hotel” when you can’t provide the most basic elements of comfort, service, and cleanliness to your guests. This was the worst stay I have ever experienced, and I would never come back or recommend this place to anyone if asked. If you value your money, your time, or even a clean room/facility, keep driving at all costs. It’s not worth a fraction of what they charge.
