Friendly staff at check-in. Spacious room with a lovely balcony. Everything was clean and maintained. The surrounds are peaceful and well located.

The shower was a big let down. The "fancy" mist spray/shower head/hand shower contraption thing was loose and nozzles blocked. Ended up showering with the hand-held option. The breakfast at R200pp was very oily and salty.

Staff was friendly. But the morning staff did not know we still have to pay, communication was not good.

Need lots of maintenance, poor condition of our room ceiling. Swimming pool was not clean and the loungers were dirty and mouldy so we did not use pool. Glass bottles on the grass and sprayers on the seating next to pool. Lots of leaves. Bathroom was ok but there was an old dirty already stiff face towel behind the bath.

Tv channels too limited and wish they can prepare breakfast for guests
