The hostility

The room was clean. The driver that picked me up from the airport and took me back was very friendly. Room was ready before checkin.

The taps at the sink are only cold water. There is a massive generator within 4 meters of the room that makes a lot of noise. No sleep when its load shedding. Shuttle was not arranged for pick up at airport - I had to contact the driver myself. Although I confirmed the shuttle per mail - I arranged my flights accordingly. The shuttle needs cleaning/upgrading. Struggling to get my invoice from the property. Don’t answer their mails or telephone.

The toilet and shower space is too little

Room was okay, balcany was dirty, when we booked out, I had to look for staff to hand key. Pool area was dirty, so you did not want to sit there. Pool also not clean, so the view from room not good
