Because the cafe is closed on a Tuesday, we are unable to porvide a cooked breakfast for guests who include breakfast in their booking. Guests will be provided with a breakfast pack in their room which they can enjoy at their leisure.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. Perfect location in the centre of Clarens. Spotlessly clean. Lovely linen & artwork. Friendly & helpful staff & owner. Delicious generous breakfast in the bakery below. Beautiful view of the valley from our balcony. Secure parking at back of property.

There are a couple of stairs to the room so not recommended for persons unable to manage that....but its worth it for the view from the room!
