"I was terrible stay and i need a refund."

The place is generally accommodating

I was actually attending a colleague funeral and had to visit the home on Friday just upon my arrival on friday i then informed the receptionist that i needed to go to home of the decased to visit for a night vigil and that i will come back at around 00.00, unfonately i got lost when i return as my phone battery phone was dead and i couldnt use a nafigator, i finally found the place at around 02:20 , i rang the gate bell and my car hooter but no one responded, i slept in the car at the nearby fillinbfg station and went back to Quest house in the morning around 06:30...the receptionist then open for me and didnt even asked on where did a sleep. I'm not sure on why the receptionist give me a gate remove so that i can open for myself and for this was my terrible stay ever

The bathroom with cold water, the shower with no cover. The pillows were so hard, I had to wake up with a stiff neck.
