Very neat and friendly

The staff was very friendly

There was a noise that they couldn't control from other guests , even after i had laid a complaint to the receptionist

Its nice and quit

We booked for 2 Adults and 2 kids and had to sleep in the same room. We had one small towel instead of the number of bath towel for the number of guests as we booked. The hot water was not enough, after the first person that took a shower the water was cold.

The facility is nice and clean, however I was disappointed by the way they wrote their rules, is like they wrote them for kids, and to use the phrase "THIS IS NOT A HOTEL" just made things worse, and not having to be out after 10pm is just not on,so if you came to relax and want to go out at night to grab some snacks, you can't as if you're a small kid, and having to ask to be opened a gate everytime, why don't they give their clients remotes for the gate the same way they gave the key to the rooms? The room they gave me had a door leading to the kitchen I think (room 7) it didn't have any privacy, I could hear people talking even a phone vibrating, and for the inspection to happen before I could be released showed me they don't trust their clients

Staff was friendly and accomodating

Room was hot no aircon Drain was blocked Semi hot shower and water pressure issue Staff worked 16 hour shift for half min wage should be reported. Bathroom globe was out on the first night
