Heahtitude - Children Not Allowed

Prior to arrival Dennis sent a PDF guide which was very comprehensive and helpful. He was also quick to respond on whatsapp when i asked about tours etc. Dennis is really lovely. He was around, but not obtrusive and really wants you to feel comfortable and at home. The house itself is a retro lovers dream. I thought it was brilliant - flashbacks to my childhood in the kitchen in particular! My bed was super comfy and i had the best nights sleep for the time i stayed there. You can hear the river from the back of the property and the garden patio area is lovely as is the view. If you smoke please note that unless you have booked the Niki Minaj room (the shed room in the garden) then you cannot smoke out the back as the smoke gets into the shed room. Personally I thought that was a very fair rule that means that non smokers are not inconvenienced (and yes i am a smoker). But dont worry, you can smoke elsewhere out the front.lol The guesthouse is a little far from the main towns so you really do need a car hire, or to use a driver or else you will feel a little stuck. Everything to see is within an easy drive from the property. And the hike up the top of the local tea house to watch the sunset is totally worth it but dont forget to bring a drink with you to cheers the view!

I liked the sound of the river.

Doesn’t really look like the pictures. Property seemed quite dirty and staff was quite indifferent “look at the pdf we shared” was their answer on most questions.

Having a river at t backyard wt strong flowing water created a zen like environment.

Love the ambience, feels like a pause in time with the decorations. The room is very comfy and enough space. Bathroom is always cold but it’s okay. Kitchen is clean and cute. It’s giving instagramable vibes. The riverside decks is very spacious for a yoga or meditations sessions.

Only ONE thing. They advertise there is a designated smoking area but there is NOT. We had to go to the parking lot across the street like it’s illegal haha. Not a problem for us because we respect the rules 🤭 Should just put no smoking throughout.

This place is amazing! Love the vibes. I will repeat to stay here. A very good host. So helpful and he explained every details to us. Very good explanation and thanks for the house tour!

The environment is suitable who like kampung feel. I like there got a lot facility like water dispenser, oven, coffee machine and so on.

The room is quite small for me, but is clean due to they not allow to eat at room.

clean rooms. helpful host. cool decor and very cozy.

walls are thin and this may be an issue for light sleepers.
