"Our stay was good, we came and went as we pleased and had free access to the property."

The host was very friendly and tried her best to make us feel comfortable.

The place is super filthy. The host is a senior citizen though and I think her workers are letting her down. This facility has very good potential if cleanliness and ventilation e.g opening of windows can be improved.
