The lady who welcomed us was very friendly and made us feel very comfortable

The dust😢the place was very dirty, felt like the was some kind of sand storm and no one tried to dust the place off...it was dirty everywhere even the plates and cups😏

Convenience of location as over night venue for a multi step trip that involves crossing the border. Hostess willing to wait for potential late arrival. customer care was good.

Some of the bushes seem overgrown and could be cut and cleared so as to avoid possibilities of snakes and mosquito habitats
