Shortage of water

Location and cleanliness of the room itself

Very dirty backyard. There were piles and piles of thrash visible from my room’s window. There was no water during my entire stay and there was no communication about this. I couldn’t shower or flush the toilet

Your rooms are hotel standard. We loved everything inside the room.Check in and out was super 👌.

Cold shower during winter morning was a turn off,though my husband loved it.

The staff was friendly and welcoming, Lodge clean, neat and fresh linen. Quite and serene place, will be calling back again and shall refer family and friends. Lodge is equivalent to that of a hotel

Place over exceeded my expectations, clean, had everything that one could need.

1. Bed was not so comfortable, the make shift board they have in their base makes noise and makes it uncomfortable when turning as you don't know if it would break or what. 2. Shower door not so accommodative to plus size people, had to squeeze myself in and out.

The facility was clean, and the room had everything from the bar fridge with complementary water. There was coffee and an air conditioner.

The drainage system in the shower was very slow.
