Tropical Hostel

This place has managed to combine the magic of the island with backpacker spirit, dorm quality, prices, and the flexibility you want and need when you're in a place like this. Ing, Om and Jane has cracked the code on how to run a place like this in paradise. They cherish their guest, and at the same time they're strict and professional. They create an atmosphere that make people wanna hang out, and come back to! So that's literally what people do. The hostel in itself is beautifully located 5 min walk from long beach, the dorms are spacious, shower and bathroom area is big and clean, and they have great areas for chill and hangout. Couldn't recommend this place more!

Okay, one thing, if you guys are reading this; don't tumble dry the towels! They don't soak up any water!!!

Super gemütlicher Vibes, bequeme Betten, genügend Platz in Schrank und viel Platz zum sein. Eine sehr hilfsbereite Rezeptionfrau, sie hat mir ganz viele Fragen beantwortet- danke:).

Ich liebe das Hostel. Ein Wohlfühlort für mich. Das Hostel-gelände ist groß und man findet viele Orte zum Sitzen und Liegen. Das Restaurant ist gut und die Mitarbeiter sind alle lieb und immer fleißig. Es gibt genügend Stauraum, Spiele und die Lage könnte nicht besser sein!

Kein Minuspunkt für mich, aber als Info für andere: es gibt keine öffentliches shampoo usw., keinen Community Kühlschränke und keine AC (fand ich alles persönlich nicht störend), außer die Handtücher 😀 das sind eher kleine Kuscheldecken und eignen sich nicht zum abtrocknen.

Best kitchen on the island. I love the open air showers and toilets (With walls), but they have normal boring showers aswell. There are many hangout spots, and finding a group is fun and easy. The workers and hosts are very welcoming and they have great medical and social engineering skills.

Water pressure was not always great, i learned to not shower when they used the hoses. They almost always use the hoses while cleaning, to avoid dust, but not 100% of the time. Neighbours burn garbage, wich bothers me.

Private clean bunk. Decent toilet/shower block. Lots of outside chill space. Great restaurant. And only 200m from a large beautiful beach
