Lovely and flexible hosts. The guesthouse is exactly what I expected, clean and cosy! The location is nearby all the hotspots.

Lovely old Thai Teak house that is spotlessly clean. The lady that runs it is so friendly, and the price is incredible for this standard of property. Short walk into the town too.

The toilet should have flushing

What a Beautiful Guesthouse!!! A really lovely old wooden building with nice balcony's and many places to chill and relax 😀. Pin who runs the place is Exceptional! Such a friendly, welcoming and very hard working lady. Always willing to help and keeps the place immaculate. She is a genuine Diamond. Just like Banthai. It was everything I was looking for. Comfortable, clean and welcoming. A nice place just to relax, recharge and explore Phetchaburi and some lovely Temples nearby - particularly the Temple in a Cave. My Room was clean, spacious and perfect for my needs. Fan can be a bit noisy if on Higher settings but it cooled down the room sufficiently enough to turn it off when going to sleep. Separate Showers, toilet and sinks ( so 3 different stations - when getting washed / ready etc. ) but all right next to each other. I really cannot praise this place or Pin enough for what it offers you! Many thanks and I will definitely stay again if in Phetchaburi. Also great Free Breakfast and Coffee / Juice in the mornings 😁😋 and very close to a little 'C' shop and 5 mins walk to 711.
