"Our stay was exceptional for the money paid, highly recommended!"

The breakfast was delicious, continental style but everything you would want. Fruit, yoghurts, toast, pastry's and juices/coffee

The bed could be a little less firm but I think that seems to be the style in Asia and coming from an English guest

I really enjoyed my stay at Banthai Guesthouse and in Pretburi in general, and next time I would stay for a few days! The guest house was very cute, and the host was gracious and accommodating. I was able to text to let them know when I would arrive so I could drop my suitcase off, and she gave me a great recommendation for a dinner restaurant. I was able to walk everywhere I wanted to go (train station, restaurants, Phra Nakhon Khiri Historical Park) within 30 minutes. Even though the rooms are not AC, I thought the fan kept things plenty cool, and I was very comfortable. They even provided a simple European style breakfast with toast, coffee (instant), tea, and yogurt.

Large room with facilities like a small kitchen (no microwave but sink, ustensil, plate) so it can be rent for long stay. No far from beach and near restaurants and bars (near railway track).

Everything amazing loved IT nothing else to say

Normal 10 Points but I was forced to take Room with AirCon @ had to pay 100 Baht more is the only thing don't like

Really nice stay, cute wooden homestay in the center of the town. Very nice lady, kind and helpful. Good breakfast. Nice common area.

Some rooms are without AC and with just fan. When it is hot it is impossible to stay there. We were boiling even during the night. Very few shared bathrooms on the floor.

"Beautiful quirky guesthouse, excellent value for money."

Loved the beautiful building design and quirky style. The seating area upstairs was perfect for morning coffee. Downstairs was great for takeaways in the evening. The overall effect was very soothing.

A cotton sheet instead of polyester blanket on the bed would have been better but perfect apart from that.
