Immaculate and location ideal with local amenities on hand. Bus service to Ayr just yards from property.

Everything was as expected. Good value for money.

The bed was comfortable.

The carpet was filthy and hadn't been hovered. The cups were thick with dust and one even had a big hair inside it.

This was advertised as having a shared kitchen. What was not advertised was the fact that the bedroom we booked was off the kitchen, which other guests had access to. It felt very unsafe as to exit /enter the room you had to go right through this shared space. Also if a fire started in the kitchen there was no way to exit except through a deluxe window 3 floors up I emailed admin at Maze apartments to say we were not staying for the above reasons and am still awaiting a response.

No breakfast included. Had expected an apartment as advertised but was a room with ensuite. Kitchen facilities were ok but unclean.
