Maze Serviced Apartment

Co.munications was fine but the serviced apartments were disappointing. This was a room above a pub, with a shared kitchen. With the window shut you couldn't hear the pub, but it was very warm. You could hear the people in the kitchen. The room was a bit shabby in parts and the shower either didn't work very well or it needed instructions. I was very tired so was looking forward to my stay, which maybe set expectations too high. For a one or two night functional stop, it'd be fine

Recommend black out blinds/curtains for rooms.

Holes in walls, no soap of any kind in bathroom, door handle hanging, off very small "bath towel". Decor very basic

The whole place is run down and uncared for. The photos are misleading. My bed was completely broken and collapsed when we arrived, I ended up sleeping on the floor. The pillows were worn and stained, and you can tell the whole place is not taken care of. Our messages to the staff were also completely ignored.

Keys available for early entry. Room clean

We thought we had booked an apartment not an attic room with an ensuite. Bed base broken with exposed nails. Not even a plastic cup to get a drink of water. Totally mis-sold
