A notre arrivée par un chemin qui longe un égout a ciel ouvert rempli de détritus, le propriétaire ne dit même pas "bonjour", demande de suite l'argent et les passeports, crache par terre toutes les 30 secondes, nous passe les clefs et part rapidement. Nous avions pris 3 chambres sur 4 disponibles. En faisant un peu le tour, ca semblait abandonné. On rentre dans les chambres, et la, tout est sale, fissuré, cassé, prises qui pendent des murs, plafonds troués salles de bains et wc dans un état déplorable, fuites sur le wc colmatée avec une serviette enroulée autour, pas de lumière, des odeurs d'égout de renfermé ... On lui envoie de suite un WhatsApp en lui expliquant notre désarroi et lui demandons de nous rembourser car ce n'est pas acceptable. Il refuse. Nous le menaçons donc d'écrire a booking, mais rien n'y fait. La piscine est aussi impraticable, la pompe ne tournant plus depuis des années surement. Il a jeté un sot de chlore choc avant notre arrivée (on voyait encore les galets). L'odeur du chlore brulait les yeux a 3 mètres! impossible de mettre les pieds dans l'eau sans risques de brulures. Nous lui avons aussi signalé, il nous a conseillé de nous "baigner dans la mer, c'est plus naturel" . Les transats sont inutilisables. Il y avait des cafards dans ce qui doit servir de cuisine, je vous passe les détails de cette pièce et de ses accessoires dans un état de vétusté incroyable. La nuit, entre les chiens errants qui aboient, et les souris qui courent dans les plafonds dont nous avons du boucher les trous avec les serviettes pour ne pas qu'elles descendent dans le lit, vous ne pouvez pas dormir correctement. Cet établissement devrait être supprimé par booking. Le propriétaire promet des travaux, mais je vois que sur les autres commentaires, il dit pareil a tout le monde. C'est une honte, pourtant nous sommes des routards avertis, mais la c'est vraiment se moquer du monde.

The location was excellent, prime location right on the beach. Unfortunately this was the only plus for this accommodation. You get what you pay for. But here, even though the price was relatively low, it did not live up to expectations.

- The rooms are in a serious state of disrepair. Termites are literally eating the doors, doorframes and anything wooden. You can actually hear them inside the walls. - The bathrooms were very dirty and run down. We had booked 3 rooms. In one room, the bathroom door was so bloated it wouldn't close. - The sheets were stained. - The towels were stained and dirty. - Cockroaches running around the communal area. - Management was poor. There is only a person who appears to be a caretaker who will come to check you in but is not on the premises for the rest of the time. You have to WhatsApp him if you need anything. Unfortunately when we arrived, there were other guests from the UK who had booked to stay for the entire month. They seemed to have a deal going on with the manager because the fridge was full of beers for them. They would come back to the communal area right outside our rooms at 2:00am and drink and smoke, turn on their music loud, sing loudly and shout and have a party. On the second night I went out once at 2:30am and then again at 4:30am to ask them to be quiet. It was really upsetting. We were there with 2 young children. That night I wrote to the manager who didn't see any messages until the next morning. It was really confronting. I asked him to deal with it and ask them not to have parties around the rooms at night. That night the guys came back at 4:30am and did it all over again. I then asked for a refund for two nights of lost sleep and that we would go somewhere else and was told it was impossible. I would definitely NOT recommend this hotel for families. - The pool was dirty. We asked on the first day to be able to turn on the water for the pool when we used it and the answer was that it was on for 5 hours a day and was automatic. It was only turned on once manually the second morning after we arrived and wasn't turned on after that. It was dirty and unusable.
