Amazing view and large room. Provided everything you would need and small information pack which was a nice addition. Balcony was great. Breakfast was incredible and really make it exceptional value for money.

Only small things would be that the bed was made from 2 single bed so was slightly uncomfortable if you lay in the middle on the lines. The accommodation was up a very steep hill which was completely fine for me but worth noting if someone is not fit.

Close to centre of town. Lovely people and great breakfast.

Steep road approach meanzz so you need to young and fit or have a tuck tuck.

Despite the hill, the location was very central. The bed was very comfy and the bathroom was clean. The terrace we had in our room was great. Breakfast was big and tasty. Wifi worked well. The host was very polite, servicial and warm. The only thing we didn’t like was the lack of hand towels.

Breakfast was very generous. Staff very helpful. Lent me an umbrella after I lost mine. Give me good advice about activities. Good value for money. A bit of a steep road to Guest house but that was no issue for me.

View is lovely and staff is really nice, the way is strongly uphill, but the view makes up for it

The water in the shower was cold and brown-ish

A basic hotel with a few rooms close to the main road of Ella. Main issue is that there is quite a hill u need to walk every time to reach the hotel and it will be a challenge for the not-fit people. But it's very close to all the shops and restaurants. Actually one restaurant is like 3 minutes away There is a great mountain view from the room's balcony and from outside. The rooms are very basic. There is no fridge, ac, tv, shower gel. The bed is quite comfortable. The staff was super friendly and it was nice to inform them about our time of breakfast every day. There was no daily cleaning.

Lack of power plugs next to the bed. Lack of light switches by the bed. Low water pressure at the shower, although the staff tried to fix it.

Located on top of a very steep hill, not possible to drive by taxi. Loud during the night due to the bars in the city.
