The location of the property. Far from the crowd yet close to the city.

I have observed that most of the properties in ooty don't have a fan in the room, well that's not necessary but this time I felt the need for a fan. It should be provided. Just a suggestion though and it might not be needed at other times of year.

View from our room was amazing 😍 hospitality and food was good too... Also it's worth staying there and cost also was affordable.

Very kind and welcoming staff who went above and beyond. Beautiful view and room had everything we needed.

It was a great stay. The staff - Harisha was really helpful and was a good guy. The toilet kit provided had all required amenities and the room was very clean. We were allowed to keep our bags in the facility to roam around after checkout and freshen up on our return to the facility to take the bags. Greatly recommend this place!
