Albeit the people are very nice, it seems it has been a hotel a long time ago, but is deteriorating for years now. No personell, no guests, no prior cleaning, nothing. The feeling is that of a deserted and rather spooky escape room. Perhaps the owners don’t operate a hotel anymore, but are happy to accept some extra money if occasionally a customer gets trapped in this place.

Best location Very nice and friendly staff The old man is adorable... I liked his wedding dress 😀 he reminds me of a family member .. God bless him !! Close to market, pubs, Kmart, Kmart, and centrally located..owner was also nice to talk to... the staff (lady) was very nice and accommodating. I wish I could give her a tip... missed that sorry. Property is natural and feels very peaceful. Price is reasonable too considering the location. This property is not without issues.. there are.. like a Little more lighting in open areas will be good as there are snails and insects all around and it gets really very dark at night... Toiletries and bed linen could be cleaner and fresh. There is no room service, and cups and spoons could be clean ... Property is awesome, but I feel it's not well maintained ... and there is No front desk. E.g. if someone needs help.at moonlight, there is absolutely no option but to wait till morning 9 am...

Very cute place in lush garden with private pool and it’s in the heart of Ubud on Monkey forest Road. We were visited by some monkeys even.

We just loved it

The private pool was AMAZING, just what I needed after a physically demanding excursion the day before I arrived! I had booked this hotel specifically for the relaxation factor and the staff made sure it was clean and ready for me! A/C was nice as cold! Very spacious room and outdoor space!

The bathroom tiles could use a deep clean but the water was hot and it was still very comfortable.

Bed was ok.

Pool was dirty. The room could have been cleaned. No staff. No reception. No sage deposit box. No toiletries. Toilet cistern faulty.

Everything very run down Doors and windows don't close, so bugs inside all the time Ants hatching in bathroom every night Limited towels and linen. Asked for another blanket and was told only one per room. Main pool was nice but no furniture to sit there. Private pools are just filled with hose, not heated or cleaned. Beds are really creaky, the mattresses are just a piece of foam not an actual mattress

the photos of this property are not what it looks like these days, our room was SO run down. A lot of water damage on the walls and it smelt really bad. there is no large pool on the property even though there is a picture in the listing? there are plunge pools at some of the rooms but none of them had been cleaned for what looked like months, they were filled with very dirty water. our room hadn’t been cleaned properly and there was dust and dead bugs everywhere. Really disappointed , a rating of 7.2 for this place is very misleading. We were on our honeymoon and I just booked us into a different place right away :(
