Ayu Sari Guesthouse Ubud by Mahaputra

It is located in not too crowded location in Ubud.

It does not have direct access by car. The taxi cannot drop you or pick you up from the hotel. The road to the hotel is very difficult for car acess. The staff was friendly but breakfast is served too late (8 am) and there is no possibility to have it prepared for take away. There was a lack of attention to details, after the shower gel was finished, no one replenished it. Some days the water bottles were not refilled nor the used coffee cups were washed.

Helpful staff, clean, very nice and comfortable bathroom. Walking distance from center, but away from the noise :)

Mattress a bit hard, and I was hoping to use the pool outside but it didn’t feel very inviting

The hotel was small but lovely

Nice rooms lovely garden and it’s all kept very clean and well maintained. Wi-Fi worked perfectly The staff were helpful and the breakfasts were nice. It’s in a good location-15 minutes from the market also There is a great restaurant (Agny) 2 minutes away

A bit of walk to a pick up point as cars can only get to about 75 m away and the road to the property is narrow. The garden is lovely but there isn’t much space to lounge around outside

Quiet area, good staff and nearby restaurants

Breakfast could be better, property needs maintenance (roof leaks) and thin dividing walls. Be aware of the restriction on cars

The room on the top the light is very dark, then i requested to room move which was on the ground and it’s very much better!
