Gusti Kaler House

Location was great, owner was friendly and helpful, breakfast included. Beautiful garden, very quiet.

I would like to bring attention to the bathroom which had a strong and awful smell coming up from the drain in the bathroom. It was extremely unpleasant. Some smaller issues which Im sure will be easy to fix for the next customer: -The towels provided had a very bad smell- I think perhaps they didn't dry properly. I couldn't use them at all during my stay. -The wardrobe doors don't shut properly and they open fully into the room and you have no choice because they don't shut. -The door to the room didn't lock easily, and was not explained this so spent a while trying to work it out.

The showers were super hot and in a great location in the city centre of ubud

There were a lot of good that couldn’t be helped and we did have a few friend (cockroaches)that we had to get rid of but other than that good stay

Our apartment was very big and cozy. House is surrounded by nice garden. Everything is in a walking distance (Ubud palace, water palace, market, monkey forest). Owners are nice and breakfast was very good.
