Great position. Friendly staff You can walk around the city center in ubud in 2 minutes. It’s good for save money if you’re a backpackers Great view from the room (in the middle of the temple and green area)

Bad smelly linen, really noisy in the night due to chickens nearby, so I recommend use earplugs Mould in the bathroom and poor stuff.

they wanted us to pay 200k for the fan (booking said it was included), and the staff was not friendly at all

The place is really quiet with a beautiful garden, although very near the center.

Staff, position, garden. I asked for plate, fork and also something for mosquitos (when I entered the room was full) and they were really nice to help.

I had a really difficult experience there. I dont understand the High rates! I understand it's quite cheap, but It was the second worst accomdation in Bali, worst than many hostels I've been. I am not a luxury person. I am sleeping in a guest house nearby now, at half of the price and much cleaner. You can find much Better at the same price, I swear. Why? - I Need to ask for towel and paper - I Need to ask to change the beds bc all dirty and full of hair, probably from a previous guest. They change (at least I saw they were washed - but still dirty - I attach photos AFTER the change) - the bathroom was leaking and flooded. I had to use my towel to manage to dry a Little (not useful because It was a lame!!) and so I was without a towel - wet smell I was also Happy because I had the last house in the garden (Amazing garden!) and I love this so there are no back and forth ecc. The problem Is that there Is chicken coop behind, so be preparered to wake at 5 and find the roosters on your Wall (not so calming 😂) Last but not least. I didn't have cash and said 2 to the guy (very gentleman) that After breakfast I would have gone to the ATM. When I was, a woman start following and screaming "where are you going", as I could escape. Too bad I only had my wallet, so where did She want me to go without all my stuff... For 220k rupies? 😂 Quite annoying.
