On ne se sent pas du tout les bienvenus, le gérant n'est pas sur place et manque d'investissement par rapport aux clients (pourtant très nombreux).Les rares services proposés sont surfacturés (taxi) Rien sur place, prévoyez des provisions car le service de restauration ne fonctionne pas toujours.

Hotel is beautiful and face the sunset, free boat pickup/drop, rooms are clean, staffs are friendly.

WiFi didn’t work, many mosquitoes, poor foods, bad cafe, bad smell in the rooms.

Gorgeous location with exceptionally friendly staff—special thanks to Mostafa, Ramadan, Nasr, Hatem, and Shika. They kindly offered me a complimentary stay at the property until my evening flight. The bed linens and towels were spotless. Highly recommended.

The place is very clean, staff are very friendly, food is delicious and the location is awesome.It was such a fantastic experience there, the place is very quiet, no pollution, such a great place to meditate. Special thanks to Mr Nasr, Mr Ahmed and Mr Ramadan

Service levels is the worst. Staff is rude and not cooperative. Facilities are not up to standards. Water pressure was very low to the extent that we were not able to take a shower. We didn’t find towels in the rooms and it took them until the end of the 2nd day to give us the towels. They didn’t want to keep our luggage after checking out until the time of our bus and we had to negotiate that until they accepted! Every single detail was stressful

We absolutely loved it! It has a beautiful location overlooking the Nile and we absolutely loved getting around by boat. We really got to enjoy Aswan in the most unique way staying in this hotel. The views were gorgeous and the hotel was peaceful and quiet. The staff were also very hospitable and kind. The breakfast was extremely delicious especially the mashed potatoes! we got a taste of authentic Nubian food. We were so lucky to stay at this hotel.

Fantastic spot overlooking the water. And we got a boat ride to the place and back again, fantastic.

房间内卫生堪忧，很小很拥挤，其实我不是一个挑剔的人，也不这么在意细节，但这里房间内的环境，确实是比较糟糕了。吃饭价格也偏高，这边人均50人民币已经算大餐，他们家人均100。

Everything, perfect vibes, magnificent location, outstanding staff, Special appreciation for Mr. Ramadan and Mr. Nasr for making our stay unforgettable.
