Uitzicht van de kamers was prachtig. Super vriendelijk personeel. Hele mooie, propere kamers. Lekker ontbijt.

The view and the food

Personnel extrêmement serviable, souriant et toujours présents pour nous aider à récupérer des taxis et bateaux. Hares est réactif. Mustapha et son équipe sont supers. Les enfants ont été vite à l'aise. L'emplacement est somptueux.

excellent staff, Mr Ramadan/ Mr Mostafa made our stay really enjoyable. location is perfect. dinner was amazing served hot and fresh. Breakfast spread was very nice Egyptian spread.

during the lunch time, the hotel receives day tourists which continues till 6-6.30 PM. outside these hours you have propety to your self and all seating locations have perfect view.

Very nice guesthouse in Nubia, with good cook, service people are very nice and attentive. Availability of the boat to reach the land from the island. Very closed to Philae.

Staff super friendly and accommodating, food at the property is good and the view from the restaurant is fantastic.

Water is expensive - $1 for small bottle there is zero bottle of free water. :) while a huge bottle of water costs 20% of that in a supermarket. Shower water pressure is super low, it was more a small drip. Also, one of our duvets does not have a duvet cover or a sheet in between and was told we didn’t need it. Last but not the least, lots of mosquitoes and there is no efforts from property to get rid of them or bug repellent. I was left with 20+ mosquitoes bites after two nights.
