Location was great. Common area was clean and nice. Room was good. Two young staff people were super helpful and nice.

Main Stairs are steep. Be careful coming down.

Reasonably priced, clean and good for a short stay. Nice common and well equipped kitchen!

Shower is weak. Prepare to drive through human traffic and narrow roads if you want to drive up to the apartment. It is at the corner of the road, above a restaurant beside the road, so look up to spot it and the door on the ground floor is in middle of the restaurant. Stopping to unload is kind of impossible as it is a single lane traffic and someone has to stay behind to check in, so it is advisable to drive to the spacious carpark nearby. The carpark ceiling is leaking water so make sure you find a ok lot to park or car insurance covers the roof. Prepare to carry your baggage.

Noise from bar downstairs at night. Other guests smoking in the property on the patio meant we could not use it when we wanted to for meals, with Limited seating in kitchen for number of guests in the property. Insufficient coffee pods provided for number of guests staying.

I needed a quiet clean room having just completed a sailing trip from the Caribbean this was perfect even though the building is located in a very busy street the quiet room was a quiet room

Great location right on a street full of eateries and the room was very quiet. It was spotlessly clean and well presented. Very friendly staff. Would happily stay there again

Had a bit of trouble locating the guesthouse as the Booking.com website has no pictures of the outside and access is gained through a glass door at the rear of an outside restaurant eating area. Need to look closely to find the door or two small round signs on the wall at roof level to find the place. Internet was not operational for the two nights we stayed there and the TV didn't work for one of them. Isolated incident as apparently incoming cable was damaged.

The room is right on the busy street of Lagos. If you close the window, the noise from the street wouldn't bother me. The room is very clean and plenty space. The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. My hats off to them !

The only problem is the WIFI is not only waak, it dropped every 3-5 min. Extremely unreliable WIFI service! At the end of the day you lie on the bed and try to scroll your phone. You CAN'T ! I hope they could improve on that. Cell phone service is not reliable too! Not sure why, may be the brick structure of the building.

Allt var jätte bra, the Staff was verry kindly ; the facility är perfekt if you want to visit the city. All was perfekt!
