The place, the service, the quiet getaway - trust me ur time here literally runs slow.. I don't know for what reason. but as long as you don't bring work with u.. time runs slow which is miraculous for me. I'm a very busy person and my head is always thinking. i decided to leave laptop behind and this place is like a total rest. tried all the activities that I can book.. atv here is the best experience.. mangrove watching and blue lake are unique places as well.. worth to go coz these are only found in bintan... the service team here are superb.. great service.. they call themselves "friends" not workers or colleagues.. they are very good, attentive and really friendly atmosphere. Internet is available as well don't worry..

None pc of advise: bring mosquito lotion or spray, bring sunscreen and extra handsoap.. buy extra water and snacks other than that all good here.. this is not for party goers, this is for folks who wants a quiet rest and for Nature lovers who loves the sound of the wind..

1. Check in & check out process - the front desk staff are very helpful. They greet everyone with smiles & they make sure everyone have a great experience during their stay / activity. KUDOS to Ms.Vivi & Mr. Yanu and others because they are friendly & treat everyone patiently eventhou its peak season. 2. Facilities & activity - Our room is very spacious and the bathroom is my fav because it have the natural lighting. - In the morning, i get to feed the fishes at the lake which make me feel very relaxed seeing the fishes swimming around beautifully. - the bicyles are free for check in guest which i use to ride around the camp. - i also take the ATV package which include archery & paddle boats. - My guide during the ATV is cheerful guy whom take a lots of our pictures & video. 3. Food (Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner) - the food are affordable & delicious. - i really love Dirty Duck, Tamarind Soup, the Chicken Porridge in the menu.

I think the room can be upgrade with more elegant decorations to boost the vacation mood.

Super friendly staff, able to provide lots of info, helped with arranging transportation, food and activities. (took out the sound system for free karaoke session)

- Indeed, the cabin deluxe is two minute walk from the glamping tent, but two minutes in almost complete darkness and a bit of hill feels long. Should've listen to their advice to book the same kind of room. - I guess it's just the humidity, the room has a bit of smell - Mini ATV was under maintenance, disappointed

The staff was outstanding. Very helpful. Every little request was honoured with great attention to detail. Wonderful experience. Never had this level of engagement from the staff at any other resort. The resort has a moderate number of activities (ATV, bunny petting and feeding, fish feeding, some board games). There were few others that we did not explore. A lot of fresh fruits and vegetables are grown on the property. The staff were kind enough to give us a good amount of fruits to carry back. Breakfast was very good and satisfying both in quality and quantity. We also got a free upgrade from the basic room to the premier room.

Very minor items. Being a forest setup there were a fair bit of mosquitoes around. Had to keep using anti repellent every time we stepped out of the rooms. This was expected, so we were well prepared. Hand wash wasn't there in the bathroom. Would be good to keep a bottle of hand wash by the basin. One extra plug point by the bed would be good for cell phone charging. The swimming pool is not that great. Mainly only for very small kids. Not suitable for adults to relax in the pool but the staff did mention that they have plans to have it upgraded.

The toilet has a urine smell, and if I were to nickpick, better wifi connection would be great.

Staff are attentive, friendly and helpful and lots of activities on site.

Shower was difficult to adjust to the tight temperature and wifi not stable in the room.

We had a pleasant stay in Bamboo camp. The hospitality provided was top notch. Though the place is a bit secluded it's very safe for a family stay. They also had few activities for the kids which are fun to play and spend time with family. For those with dietary restrictions they even have vegetarian options. Highly recommended.
