Everything. I got free upgrade for my room. The place is peaceful and calm. If you come to Bintan and not feeling to go anywhere, you can spend your time here since they have a lot of activities and attractions. I’m feeling a little regret since I only spend one night here. And the staff is very friendly and helpful.

The location might be far away from the centre.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. Made our trip there very enjoyable especially when we were traveling with young kids and senior citizens in our group.

The toilets could be fully netted to avoid insects or small animals from going in.

"Exceptional"

Very different concept from other resorts. Natural area. There are a lot of activities to do here like horse riding, archery, arts and craft. We did batik painting. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Rooms are quite big and comfortable. Good value for money.

The soap and shampoo provided is 2-in-1 and it's the same to use for hand soap so do bring along if you need separate ones.
