Villa Nile House Luxor

Very nice hotel with retro vibe and an amazing terrace. The room was quite big, and the stuff was very friendly.

The location was on the west bang where there are not many things to do and you always need to get a ferry to reach the city.

Characterful place. Great rooftop views. Tasty dinners. Can help organise trips/transport if you wish. Nice courtyard/pool area to relax in. Location is good, just a short walk to the public ferry, restaurants/cafes by the Nile, and mini markets.

Beautiful house with a quiet location on the West Bank. Best breakfast we had in Egypt. Friendly and helpful staff and beautiful eclectic decor. Pool was nice to cool down to

Some soap in by Bathrooms would have been helpful and mosquito net for alll beds

A place on the Western Bank. I usually prefer it to the noisy and crowded Eastern one

Wi-Fi was available only at the reception not inside the rooms. The staff ripped us off. We ordered a transfer from the railway station to the hotel for 6 people with luggage. Mohamed asked for approximately 20 EUR and we were expecting 2 cars, cause Uber vehicles cost much less. But he met us at the railway station with an old 3-row seat car (1-3-2 seats) and a driver. So 8 people with 6 bags were crammed into this ancient vehicle. And the car didn't bring us to the hotel through the bridge but just dropped at the pier. And after the boat ride, we had to go with our suitcases on foot to the hotel

Old beautiful house but not very clean and did not provide shampoo (even after request). They had no cloth iron and I was told that I was first person to ask for iron in 13 years.

no iron, no shampoo, poor lighting in the room.

We loved the rooftop terraces overlooking the Nile, warm and kind staff who helped organize a tour to the Valley of the Kings, beautiful rooms (ours had domed roofs and coloured window panes) and the delicious breakfasts in the courtyard. I want to go back!
