Villa Nile House Luxor

Great place to chill by the poolside after a day in the Luxor attraction’s hustle. The evening meal was also delicious.

Just a lovely, homely, welcoming atmosphere :) Quiet location but very easy to reach all the sights. Friendly manager who helped us to plan our agenda with his suggestions and tips.

Great garden and lovely area. Quiet and historic

The hotel itself is beautiful and authentic looking, located on the west bank near the nile. Our room was beautiful, with a balcony overlooking the patio. Staff were very friendly throughout our stay and made sure we had everything we needed, including a lovely breakfast every morning whichever time suited us best. Really good value for money!

Everything was perfect.

We really enjoyed the decor of the rooms and the style of the hotel, the amazing garden was perfect for having breakfast and the pool was just outside our room. Perfect location near cafe and restaurants. The staff was very friendly and helpful

Very close to the Nile , easy crossing for Karnak temple 10 min by taxi to all sites of the West Bank Very cute little hotel with a pool. Our family room was large and comfortable. Quiet The kids loved the pool Food was delicious Staff very helpful

Limited equipment in the kitchen , however everything was kindly provided when asked for

The food is delicious & the staff were really lovely. The guesthouse has a great layout and decor for relaxing and eating. We got great help with organising taxis and getting advice regarding Luxor. It is well positioned for quick access to the ferries and West Bank.

Perfect small and cosy villa on the west bank in Luxor. We loved this place, felt like home with so many different places to sit and relax. Around the pool, on the rooftop, in the garden, etc... The staff was really helpful, always making sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. When one day we mentioned we were not fan of guava, they made a point to remember and always switch to other fruits for us. A place to go back to, for sure. The neighbour is really nice, not as crowded as the east bank, way more authentic, at the border of some farms but still 5min walking distance from the ferry and some very nice cafes and restaurants. Perfect for us

- It was not an issue for us but the villa is just behind the Mosque so expect the call for the prayer early in the morning. But it's the best wake up call to visit the temples and tombs early before the big tours and the heat :D - Some of the facilities could be refreshed (for example a small access trap for the pool filter that open when we walked on it and nearly made us fall). But it's not a big deal

The hotel was charming - like a guesthouse. Costa the manager was great helping us with some health issues and having good English assisted us with taxis/ lunchboxes/ advice which we really appreciated. Pool was great Thanks Costa

Plumbing is difficult in Egypt and our shower needed adjustment. It would enhance the property if there was a menu available of what is on offer in the way of drinks and food with prices. We think water should be provided as a matter of course as tap water is unsafe for westerners - we had to continually buy it.
