The location was amazing. The host Ashley was very welcoming. The property was spotlessly clean. The gardens and rooms were outstanding. Plenty of space to park. Excellent value for money. Far exceeded my expectation

To have milk available in the bedroom

I was very happy with friendliness, helpfulness and communications. The cottage was quiet and pretty with a lovely garden. Cleanliness appeared to be good.

The room decor was very tired looking with a number of issues noticed. The mattress and duvet were both very thin and basic quality. A security light outside our window was on and off all night and was disturbing. The power shower gave minimal flow. Breakfast was very basic for the price paid. We had hoped for a cooked breakfast for the price paid. Wifi was very poor.

Very peaceful quiet location great views

The convenience of it being near family. The bottle of milk and packet of biscuits on arrival was a nice touch. Quiet. Lovely shrubs and plants

I thought the property was a little 'tired', the bedroom/bathroom smelt musty. There was only one tea spoon that I found. There was an opened chocolate bar in one of the cupboards and something left in the freezer.

The room, the location, the comfort were all there.

I was disappointed that a cooked breakfast wasn't available. In fact everything available was glucides , sugars and fructose. Nothing savoury. I have marked down my evaluation because of this.

We had a lovely one night stay. A little gem not far from M4 but felt very rural. Weather was lovely so we could enjoy breakfast on the deck, beside a pond, overlooking fields and trees. Bathroom was a little dated but everything was clean and comfortable. Staff were very friendly.
