The host was friendly and very helpful upon arrival, the room was clean and comfortable. Fridge available for use in the shared kitchen and TV in bedroom. Just what we needed for a short stay in Poole.

Great welcome from the owner and smooth check-in. Clean, modern in a traditional setting, quiet and comfortable. Perfect location for walking to centre of town and tourist attractions. Easy access to large supermarket and to local convenience stores. Safe and easy parking. Superb.

There was only a small kitchenette with basics to enable you to make your own breakfast, rather than a breakfast. This didn't bother me, but it is as well to be aware of it.
