Desayuno correcto. Atención telefonica muy atenta. Facilidades para guardar el equipaje despues del check-out . Casa con encanto. Situacion centrica en la zona comercial.

Habia una norma no escrita en la que los clientes recogen sus servicios durante el desayuno, organiza la basura generada y limpian la mesa... El domingo el mantenimiento de la habitacion fue muy reducido Sin ascensor, alojamiento poco adecuado para clientes de edad, quizás no prestamos suficiente atención a las caracteristicas del alojamiento en el momento de realizar la reserva...

Self service breakfast- very good. Friendly, helpful staff. Superb central location. Room at the back of the hotel, so very quiet.

Todo! Amplitud de la habitación, confort, que incluye desayuno, ubicación céntrica, excelente relación calidad-precio, y opción de dejar equipaje.

Nada! Por comentar algo, decir que nuestra habitación tenía el baño pequeño, aunque la ducha era muy amplia.

"Exceptional"

The location was excellent, and the staff were very kind and attentive. Even though check-in starts at 2 pm and we arrived at 9 am, we were able to leave our luggage, which was very helpful. The room was spacious and very clean. The breakfast was very good, with fresh fruit, coffee, yogurt, bread, cheese, and ham.

Good location next to a popular shopping location. Plenty of Restaurants and reasonable walking distance to most places in the city. All sorts of shops bakery’s and supermarkets. Breakfast was continental. Room good size shower etc very good. The driver was great - Miguel. Life saver as we arrived late at night. Fridge useful. We were in the top so not suitable for people who struggle with stairs.

Prefer a kettle to coffee maker. Could do with safe facility if not in room perhaps reception area for passports and cash. Bed very hard could do with memory foam.
