Agus Tri Homestay

It was a small complex only 8 units. It was great location. It was spotlessly clean and well cared for. It was on the main road, everything was right there on that road. A lane across the road directly to the beach. The staff were always available, kind but not overpowering . Everything was PERFECT.

This is my 2nd time staying at Agustri homestay and I must say, the service is not over the top. It’s just right. They helped us with our luggages to the 2nd floor balcony room. I guess we were lucky to have that room as we had more privacy when we relax outside our room. The view itself is a bonus as well every morning. The location is great! We can walk to icon Bali anytime and there are loads of restaurants around to choose from. The staff always greet us with warm smile every time we see each other on our way out.

I think they should consider accepting prepaid bookings thru booking.com in the future. It’s just easier so that it’s just one off our mind whenever we check-in. Just little things like this.

We loved the property; we don’t enjoy large 5 star hotels and appreciate staying in smaller simpler places. The room was spacious , immaculately clean and the large king size bed was very comfortable. Our room on the ground floor had a lovely outside area and although the main street is close by we were never bothered by any road noise. The pool area was attractive and well maintained with lovely plants which were so well looked after. And another important thing these days is the quality of the wi-fi ; it was excellent and never let us down. The Staff were kind and friendly and very helpful when we had a hiccup with our flight times. (my fault !)

There was nothing we didn’t like.

One of the best homestay I have been in. Very clean and comfortable, modern bathroom. Excellent location, 5 minutes walk to the beach and close to many eating places. Staff were friendly and efficient. Would definitely recommend.
