המקום כן מקיים את מה שהוא מבטיח בגדול: דירת חדר בקוריאה במחיר נוח. למרבה הצער פה בגדול נגמר כל אותה הבטחה. המקום זקוק לשיפור בשביל להיות מקום אטרקטיבי באמת למטיילים.

*המיקום היה קשה למצוא ולזיהוי אפילו עם התמונות של המקום. *המקום עצמו היה מסריח, מאובק, לא היו מים חמים להתקלח איתם. *המכשירים במקום היו במצב ירוד: מרבית השקעים בדירה לא עבדו. מכונת הכביסה הייתה מלוכלכת מבפנים, היו חסרים מספר אביזרים חיוניים כמו נייר טואלט או סבון. *המקום מומלץ למי שרוצה לחוות את התחושה של מגורים בקוריאה, ומוכן להתמודד עם הדברים האלו, אבל לא למי שמעוניין לטייל בקוריאה ורוצה להיות באזור נגיש וחי יותר של העיר.

立地もよくて韓国の家って感じがよかった。 めっちゃ安く泊まれて助かりました。

浴室にコバエがたくさんいたのと、細かいところは掃除されてなかった。

I was very pleased to stay in an appartment and not a hotel because I wanted to feel like a local and not a tourist during my stay. I took a gamble despite some negative reviews and I do not regret it. It is true that the owner could improve some things but overall it is acceptable given the price. What i really liked is that he was very reactive when I made a demand. On the night I arrived I noticed the cooking top was not working and some bowls and cutlery were missing I sent a message and went to bed and went I woke up i was provided with new equipement within a few hours. The flat is only 4 minutes away from a nice supermarket and not a convenience store so you can eat nice meals without having to go to a restaurant. I stayed almost 2 weeks so that was appreciated. The metro and bus station are also 4 mins away and you are in the center in less than 30 min so it is fine.

locking system is so easy and secure. with induction heater but no tablewares but 2 small stainless cups and a spoon. located in a very local area and people are so friendly.

everything bit filthy... i found many tiny bugs dead. no tv set.

Location was very nice, convenient and next to huge markets. You feel like a local here which is great. Short bus travel whenever you want.

Well I just got through old reviews and is all written there. Our apartment was pretty messy too…hair, some left over pills? I don’t get that owner writes “for 40k you usually get without bathroom place here in Seoul”. Well we appreciate the great price but it CAN NOT be excuse not too clean the place properly. Anyway. Bed very comfortable- new mattress, aircon and everything functional normally:)

Great for a solo traveller who needs a good value place to stay in a convenient location and is not looking for anything luxurious.

It could be improved by more thorough cleaning of the wet room and I left the fridge off and open to air out as it could have done with this before my visit.

Check in/ check out is easy to do, you have total liberty to do what you want.

When I arrived the room was dirty, there was long hair all over the bedsheets and on the floor. There was a very bad smell in the kitchen area, and upon inspection I found rotting food in one of the drawers. The microwave and fridge were not really clean and smelled bad too... there was a lot of mold in the bathroom, A lot. After calling the owner, someone came to "clean" but apart from changing the sheets and removing the rotten food nothing else was done...

I didn’t like anything.

The entire apartment had mold everywhere and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned at all. We contacted the manager through booking and one guy came over to see what we were unhappy with and he only cleaned a portion under the sink. Which was nice but it didn’t solve the problem. He proceed to spray air freshener to mask the mold smell (a temporary fix). We had to go buy cleaning products ourselves to try and make the stay more comfortable but it became too much at that point because the smell didn’t go away. We tried to contact them again to reason with them but got met with we are lucky to even have a bathroom for the price that we paid and then they stopped responding. Very unprofessional in every sort of way. I would not recommend this place to anyone. The pictures we are providing is the condition of the room after we tried to clean along with the conversation with the owner.
