Great location. Friendly staff. Spacious beach-side bungalow. Comfortable bed.

* The property is advertised as 4 star - we would rate it at 2.5 star. Photos of the grounds are not what you arrive to. We paid top dollar for 6 nights in a beach-side bungalow. The rooms are true to photos but the grounds are way below 4 star * The entrance to the property is a mess with full view of dirty laundry and misc boxes and untidiness etc. Not an isolated case and it was every day. So Unprofessional to be greeted by the mess. * The lawns along the whole frontage and around our beach-side bungalow had not been cut for weeks…honestly it was a mess. Almost wanted to buy them a lawn-mower it was so messy…even allowing for the construction of another bungalow further along, the lawns and grounds need serious attention. They have a fulltime groundsman who rakes the beach and leaves, who could be cutting lawns and doing gardening, and washing white beach lounges. Show him what to do! * Some of their white Beach lounges were very, very dirty and grotty with green mould (some were new and good but all the older lounges very dirty) They need serious scrubbing, as did the arms on the wooden verandah chairs. Yuk. * The white beach lounge cushions are all damaged and dirty. They need replacing - they are left out in the weather 24/7. * their cafe was closed for all meals. Very inconvenient. * The overall attention to detail lets them down and doesn’t match the price we paid. *. We were disappointed - I think it’s been lovely in its day, but now it’s below standard.

Die Bungalows waren sauber und mit Mückennetzen ausgestattet. Außerdem gab es auf der Terrasse genug Platz, um sich auszubreiten und seine nassen Klamotten zu trocknen. Besonders reibungslos ging die Miete von Motorrädern von Statten. Diese sind prima, um Koh Yao Noi genauer zu erkunden. Der Strandabschnitt war schön und sauber. Auch super war, dass der Pool aufgrund der Nebensaison fast leer war und man sich dort stundenlang aufhalten konnte. Zunächst lagen dort nur wenige, nassen Auflagen auf den Liegen. Mir wurden aber auf Nachfrage sofort neue gebracht.

Aufgrund der Nebensaison hatte weder das Restaurant, noch die Yogaklassen geöffnet und das Hotel wirkte generell etwas ausgestorben, was aber angenehm war, um nach dem Großstadttummel Phukets anzukommen. Der Ort, in dem das Hotel lag, hatte auch nicht viel zu bieten. Daher war es gut, dass wir ein Motorrad gemietet haben, um dann flexibel zu sein. Was wirklich der einzige große Nachteil dieses Hotels war, waren die Matratzen. So unbequem haben wir lange nicht geschlafen. Da sollten dringend neue besorgt werden.

Good location, very nice beach. We stayed straight across the entrance of the pool but it was always quiet. Massages from the ladies on the property were the best, highly recommend! Recommend eating at the restaurant of the accommodation next door (the Yoga lodges)

Bed was probably the worst we've ever come across on holidays. Very hard mattresses, slept with a blanket under and did not help enough.

Bungalow agréable mais très simple, situé à proximité d’une plage non praticable à marée basse. Il est indispensable de disposer d’un moyen de locomotion pour accéder aux plus belles plages de l’île et aux commerces. Certains bungalows sont en bord de route et sont donc à éviter. Nous avons eu la chance d’avoir un bungalow bien situé et au calme. Dans l’ensemble, nous avons passé un agréable séjour car Koh Yao Noi est une jolie île typique loin du tourisme de masse.

La communication laisse à désirer : j’ai envoyé trois messages avant mon arrivée pour obtenir des informations complémentaires, mais je n’ai jamais reçu de réponse de leur part.

Bungalow au pied de la plage, bien équipé. Lits confortables. Lieu calme et proche du ponton pour rejoindre Krabi. Nous avons utilisé un taxi pour nous déplacer. Bon accueil. Le restaurant de l hôtel très pratique et bon mais avec de petites amplitudes horaires (nous étions en période de ramadan). Possibilité de louer scooters sur place.

The personal is very kindly ,the propriety is situated near the beach.

Only problem is the beach
