The room was very clean, with crisp, white sheets and soft pillows. Lovely view from deck. Spacious accommodation with many flowers surrounding. Close to good restaurants, walking, and little shops for sundries. Motor bikes available. The owner is so kind, and generous and really cares about her guests

If you have mobility issues, the climb to the cottages could be a challenge.

ANTS. Dead ants everywhere--hundreds. We asked to send someone to clean--they were all over the floor near the bathroom.

Sean Kam is my favorite place to stay in Chiang Dao! It is lovely and quiet, clean and comfortable a great value for the price. Great area to stay in to walk to the caves, cafes, and other Chiang Dao destinations
