For this price 800+ THB I get much better quality of services around nothern thailand. Room was a bit falling apart. Water pression was so low, that heater didn't actually heat the water. The yard outside was staffed with some broken furniture and other rennovation staff, when it's raining you can not get from the yard to the stairs to your room without your feet getting wet. Overal, I'd be fine if I pay 400-500 THB for that place, not 800+...

We really enjoyed our 4 nighs stay here! Great place with a spacious bungalow, nice balcony, very friendly and helpful owner. Great amarican brekfast, too. We also rented a motobike at the site. Good deal on accomodation and motorbike rent — worth every penny!

The bungalow would be even better with separated wet and dry zones in the bathroom.
