We liked the guest house coz its exclusive to us, it even has a big sink inside. The unit is also fairly new and clean. Outside the house you are greeted with nice greenery. This location is also very near to the public beach area, about 8-10mins walk. plus its also very convenient to food stops in General Luna. it is walking distance to Kurvada, Kanin Baboy, Bebie' BBQ, etc..

only downside is there is a Karaoke bar nearby and you'll hear the singing a bit during the night. but it's not too loud, just tolerable. I would still recommend staying at Shat's.

"It’s only the location of Shat’s that I liked. I hope they won’t put guests to the rooms located at the back of INC chur"

Location

The location of our room. At the back of INC church. It is very inappropriate to let their guest stay in that area. Not sure if the room we stayed is for rent. Or they just let us stay there to accommodate us. It’s like you’re out of place of the guest house. Someone were fighting beside our room. It’s like there’s a family staying there or their caretaker.
