A one man show, very friendly owner. Loves to share history of area and the house. No TV, fridge didn't work, but was able to use the one from the other room. Bathroom, towels, and room clean. Good for just crashing the night and getting up the next morning, no amenities like a regular hotel, though. Experience was pleasant.
Was expecting more of a bed and breakfast vibe( without the breakfast), but we just stayed to our own bedroom.

The owner of the property is the absolute best. He gave me a tour of the entire house and gave great insight into the neighborhood restaurants/sights. I'm so grateful for his accommodations & assistance, and I can't wait to go back soon!

Nick was very friendly and hospitable. He was visible in case you needed some thing. Great location. Walkable to most great pizza places and the school.
Room was very, very dusty especially behind the bed. Toilet seat needs to be changed/Lots of cracks. Bathroom/shower could use a scrub down. Fridge didn’t work in room
