the owner was very good, Got everything as expected. If anyone going to visit bukhara, i would recommend Stay this hostel

everything was alright people are friendly. super clean. I do like about this property the location between local area you can meet some local they are so friendly.

The price is good for budget people. It's a bit out of town but good if u dont mind walking to center. I found some of nicest cafe over here which i like to go. The room was spacious (i stayed alone in 3 bedroom), the toilet was ok (maybe need to remove the seat cover), the owner can speak english and let me use their kitchen to make tea and use the microwave.

inconsiderate neighbour next room who spoke at the phone too loud but that's not the owner's fault. the room was a bit cold, i was there during the time when temperature dropped to -20c. heater was not working much so i had to move to other place. i also hope they can wash the pillow case bcoz its a bit smelly.

They gave me a cool room where heater was not working sometimes,no hot water, no soap, dirty sheets, gave me a dirty plate .. very mean

From the beginning the hosts were very polite and responsive, overall a positive experience, despite the fact that the registration papers were ready after the end of the stay. It's not critical, but not the way I prefer things done. The property has an inner yard, which is not of much use in winter, but, I imagine, quite a perk in warmer seasons. The kitchen offers everything one might need, and the fridge is spacious. Also, the room was warm and relatively quiet, even though facing the street. Whatever I mention in the section below could be dismissed by price-to-value ratio - a separate room, even off season, at 7$/night is a steal around these parts.

The room doesn't leave any space to stretch or move around, which is mostly caused by heavy furniture running along with the theme of Khan Rooms, literally (which is a cool thing). Nonetheless, this causes a lot of corners and nooks, and lots of them were dusty. The armoire had lots of covers and other unidentifiable stuff in it, and it could use a couple of hangers - not everyone hauls them around. The restroom had pronounced smell. Lots of trash from previous guests in the drawers. Wifi router was so far from my room it was almost unusable. Yet again, none of the above would be a deal breaker at that price, and I would probably return.
