Caldeira Guesthouse

Bellissima esperienza diversa dal solito! Abbiamo raggiunto caldeira guesthouse da Faja dos Cubres, una passeggiata lungo la costa molto romantica. In circa un ora di camminata per lo più pianeggiate di arriva alla guesthouse. Siamo stati accolti da uno staff giovane e disponibile! Abbiamo deciso di cenare con tutti gli ospiti della guesthouse e questo è stato assolutamente un valore aggiunto alla nostra splendida esperienza! Oceano aperto davanti, natura intorno, zero fretta e relax garantito, un vero angolo di paradiso. La struttura offre la possibilità appunto di cenare e fare colazione con prodotti tipici cucinati da loro, davvero tutto ottimo! Torneremo!

While on a backpacking trekking circuit, I unfortunately only stayed at Caldeira Guesthouse for one night. But this is the kind of place you won't want to leave. So simple, warm, clean, and comfortable, where tasty food is served and the smiles of the staff make you feel incredibly welcome. Definitely recommended!

We stayed just for one night but we can say that the manager, Carla, was super sweet, the bed was so warm and cozy and the location is breathtaking (quite literally eheh)!!

Excellent logement dans un lieu calme et magnifique. Les services de restauration sont super, il y a des surfs à disposition quand les conditions s’y prêtent. David et son équipe sont super sympa. Les chambres confortables et jolies. Top !

Wij kunnen geen goede beoordeling geven omdat we onze boeking moesten annuleren.

Pas op als je deze accommodatie boekt. Je kunt hier alleen te voet komen dmv een uur durende intensieve wandeling vanuit Faja dos Cubres (waar je je auto moet achterlaten). Er is een mogelijkheid om je bagage per quad te vervoeren maar daarvoor betaal je €30 per enkele reis. Dit maakt het een ongeschikte locatie om het eiland te verkennen. Deze info is bij het boeken alleen in de kleine lettertjes te lezen en was ons niet opgevallen. NA het boeken is deze info wel gedeeld maar dit was ons door de vele boekingen op de Azoren ontgaan. Wij hebben andere accommodatie moeten boeken en dus extra onkosten gemaakt. Caldeira Guesthouse was weinig flexibel en erg onwelwillend om ons tegemoet te komen.
