"Very cold, uninterested reception"

Comfort Breakfast good

When phoning reception that am at the gate I didn't hear the response and re dialled the person responding was harsh as didn't u hear am gonna open the gate Then gate was opened proceeded to parking, nobody came to welcome or help me with my luggage, I helped myself in to room 11,found it unlocked After 30min I get a call from reception asking what happened to me

"Well worth the stay"

Excellent stay, great rooms and environment with a bar on the premises as well as safe parking. Attentive and friendly staff. Great breakfast.

Dinner - food is OK but not great. Had oxtail the first evening, tasty but far from tender...
