.Our stay began with a very unpleasant check‑in experience. We waited outside for hours while calls were ignored, and when finally admitted, no apology was offered, only the remark that ‘these things happen for a reason.’ We chose to let that pass to enjoy our stay. Later, our dinner order was not placed, and when my husband enquired, a loud argument broke out between the same staff member and the chef. The shouting in front of guests was unprofessional, and physical aggression toward the chef was unacceptable. I understand that everyone can have a difficult day, but professionalism is essential when dealing with clients. We chose peace instead of reacting, but this situation highlighted the need for better etiquette and respect in guest service.

Breakfast was good and there was variety to choose from. Buffet is always the best.

Lately there's also beef bacon. For people not eating pork, it becomes an alternative. I wonder if you have access to it.

This is my go to place, each time I am in Groblersdal I always sleep there.

The rooms as homely....and clean The staff is very friendly. Talitha was also warm and welcoming. We really felt home..the breakfast buffet was 😋 😋
