I am extremely unhappy with my experience. I specifically booked The Moon Guesthouse, however, when I arrived at the gate I was told to go to another BNB they work with, which is on the same road. I deliberately did not book Thembi Guesthouse because of previous concerns about the bathrooms. The showers are dirty and show signs of fungus, which is unacceptable. If I had wanted to stay at Thembi Guesthouse, I would have booked it myself. This booking was a misrepresentation. It feels like The Moon Guesthouse is advertised simply to get people to book and then redirected to Thembi Guesthouse upon arrival.
