Close to the beach

The staff member Sabsra, she is rude and bombastic.. I arrived half an hour early.. I messaged her and she replied back saying it's 1.30pm not 3pm check in time yet and if want to check in earlier I must pay more or I must wait.. Very cold response. It was raining & storming outside.. wind was hectic she did not care and told me she does not need my drama.. ( I have the what's app messages to prove this ).. she came at 2. 10pm and watched me battle with my 3 bags, offered no assistance, never gave me the wi fi code, wasn't introduced to other guest in the flat... she had just woken up , could see this as her hair was a mess and the lines stoll were on her face ... The room is full of cockeroaches and they literally climb allover you st night while you trying to sleep, it stinks and is just way to small... I would recommend it by saying it's 190 a night to sleep with cockeroaches. If the health department won't there to do an inspection ot would be closed down. It's disgusting.

Sandra the emoyee who assists with the bookings. There is cockeroches allover in the bedroom.. running allover me last night got no sleep at all
